Neutralize odours that are a source of complaints, without introducing any chemicals into your environment.
Our technology introduces two classes of aldehydes, which are a type of molecule that naturally occurs in essential oils. When the aldehyde combination meets airborne molecules containing bad smells, they react and create a new, odourless or less volatile compound. This is nature's method of permanently eliminating odours, accelerated.
Every AirSolution or XStreme odour neutralizer has a specific formula that has been designed to eliminate each particular odour. Whether it's garbage, cooking, smoking, cannabis or others, we have designed specific targeted solutions that provide effective and efficient results.

Foaming technology surface treatment
For organic substances
Technology: BioStreme
Often, organic matter is left on the surfaces of trash room floors, bins, chutes or other waste-related areas. When the living cells die, they attract bacteria that break down and decompose dead tissue. The decomposition process produces unpleasant smelling gases — which is where our formulations come in.
BioStreme 9442F is a foam that can be applied to the organics on these surfaces. As it mingles with the organics, the foam introduces micronutrients and combines with the molecules of the decomposing organic matter. The balance of the molecules is shifted from being odorous, to odourless. Essentially it cleans the surface of the problem odours.
This whole process is 100 percent safe and natural; no toxic chemicals are ever used or created.

The technology: XStreme is a dry vapor diffusion delivery system. It provides uniform, hypoallergenic, ambient scenting services blended with odour neutralizers.
The Science: Ecolo Toronto's dry vapour systems use essential oils created from plant extracts. Millions of tiny, lightweight, waterless particles are evenly dispensed into the environment. The airborne offensive molecules collide repeatedly with the solution molecules, and odours are neutralized into non-odourous molecules. This process of combining the different molecules with each other accelerates the natural process of odour neutralization, removing the lingering gases that cause smells.
The Added Scents: When blended with an ambient scent of your choice, the dry vapour leaves behind a scent to help create the environment you want—whether that be exhilariating, relaxing or welcoming.

Which solution is best for my building?

Dry vapour solutions are dispensed consistently and evenly, even if multiple zones require different combinations of capability. Technology: XStreme Dry Vapour Equipment
The vapour system dispenses the product in small enough particles to increase both the surface area of the odour neutralizer and the amount of time that it can be suspended in the air. This creates the best type of environment for Ecolo Toronto odour neutralizers to make contact with odourous particles. As a result, they are continually and evenly reacting with odours to neutralize them, and remove them permanently.
The compact dispensing system is safe and efficient. Because it is scalable and expandable, it is equally effective in smaller spaces as it is in very large rooms, HVAC systems and exhaust systems.
Depending on the application, either the XStreme Solution or GelTech system can be used. Both use the same dry vapour technology. Alternatively, GelTech's cartidge is a gel form of the same odour neutralizers and can be used alone or with fan dispensers to address small areas.
