Ongoing Services

Ecolo Complete is a comprehensive, full service offering designed to maintain an odour and bacteria free building environment. Ecolo’s service technicians make frequent, regularly scheduled visits to each building supported by Ecolo Complete. During these regular service calls Ecolo will:

• replenish product formulations as required
• evaluates overall system performance
• perform preventative maintenance on the odour management system
• train site maintenance personnel as required
• re-assess the environment and make recommendations for improvement if applicable

Work performed, product replenished, identified issues and recommendations for improvement are documented in a Management Report provided to the Property Manager after each visit. In the event of any reported system problem (equipment malfunction, lack of product formulation, etc.) Ecolo Toronto will have it resolved within twenty four hours.
